Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any or all items for a refund, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of the delivery. This will enable us to process the return in a quick and timely manner.

We will refund or exchange the full value of your order (Excluding delivery) if you return the goods for any reason. All items returned that are non-faulty must be in the original, unused and re-sellable condition.

All exchanges must been done within 14 days of receipt of delivery and to the original purchase price. Any exchanges below the value of the original order will have the difference refunded, and any exchange over the value of your original order will require you to pay the difference.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item to enable us to process a refund or replacement in a timely manner. Please provide photo evidence of any faults when you contact us about a faulty product to ensure we can monitor for any common occurring faults. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement free of charge if the item is found to be faulty. When returning faulty items I highly recommended that you obtain proof of postage.

If you receive a damaged item please ensure you take note of any damage on delivery and provide us with photographic evidence of the damage. This will ensure that we can claim against the delivery company if the damage is a result of handling during transit. We will process any refund or replacement as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once the refund or replacement has been processed.

Your refund will be processed by Forever Rosie as soon as the item is received by the company via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days after we have received the proof of damage or fault for the refund to be processed.

Please contact h.hamber@foreverrosie.co.uk with evidence of the damage or fault so that a refund or replacement can be arranged. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for items without proof of damage or fault.
